Well what can I say, definitely one of the best pastry shops in the province, excellent products. Sara and Mariano are always available and smiling, kind and qualified staff... the only flaw is that it's addictive...

A breakfast at the counter with two cappuccinos and two empty croissants €6.20. Not even in the most famous pastry shops/bars in the center of Varese do you pay this much. Poorly furnished environment (I don't mean the beauty of the furniture) but really badly arranged. They had more employees and now they have reduced them with the result that the counter is always full of dirty cups. The person at the coffee machine must: make the cash, prepare the breakfasts, put them on the tray, collect the dirty trays. At the limit of exploitation and as I repeat THEY RAISED THE PRICES SHAMEFULLY

A cream cannonne €1.10. And that would be enough to end the review here. Skimpy and snobbish place on the provincial road?! (literally attacked). Probably in the era in which image and superficiality reign supreme, they thrive on... consumerist and unwise people. There are places of equal quality, bigger, more comfortable, nicer, with better service and more honest that still get their money's worth. Ah, it seems impossible to have a pastry with whipped cream, they probably forgot how to make it. It's not even worth the coffee. Dispassionate advice: take a looooong vacation as this job may no longer be for you.

One star because less is not possible. I was there two weeks ago with a friend. At 9.35 there were 4 brioches. Two empty, one pistachio and one lightning. The bartender was very rude and annoyed at the request to be able to fill the empty one with raspberry jam (not possible is answered, only apricot.). We sit outside carrying the tray (you don't even do that at Mc Donald's anymore), the cold veranda with dirty tables and a trolley full of cups to collect. And oh well I'll stop here but never again.
